Kyle and Juan were on-time, very friendly, and thorough in explaining their work and answering our questions. They worked with ownership and city inspectors to ensure our new A/C unit was situated in the best possible location for us. When a new problem arose (water heater began leaking), they helped with an immediate solution and provided a referral for a plumber. Polar Bear is our go-to HVAC company.

I called them at 8:00pm Thursday night because our AC at our rental was leaking in the basement. I was fully expecting to leave a voicemail for them to get next day and I got JT directly AT 8pm!! Although he said their schedule was booked the next day he worked out some things to try and get us in by end of the day. Great communication via text and email and then a call when they were on their way. Took care of the issue after explaining in detail the problem and we are back in business. Everyone I talk to there is wonderful and helpful. They have been my go-to HVAC people and each time I call for a service they solidify WHY I continue to use them and refer them. Thanks Polar Bear!

We had a basement flood caused from our whole house humidifier and Dylan came out, figured out the problem and fixed it immediately. The system then had another issue and he was back out the next day to replace the other parts and explained everything. I definitely recommend this company, they took the time to get everything fixed and came back out quickly when I needed more help.
