I had a new boiler and side arm/indirect hot water heater installed by Polar Bear. I've worked with Polar Bear over the past two years to get my previous boiler working again after years of neglect from previous home owners, but it just had too many problems to keep maintaining it, including improper installation by the previous installer (not Polar Bear). John, the owner, came out to talk me through all the options and help me choose the best one. He even gave me a break on some parts after seeing the amount spent trying to get the previous boiler working, which he didn't have to do.Ben and Dre did a fantastic job installing the new boiler. It was a marathon of a four day install since they had to re-pipe the whole boiler room, but I appreciate them not rushing it and taking their time to do everything right. And, wow, it was a clean install. Ben even made a custom manual holder to keep the manuals in one place.After having a chance to use the new boiler in the recent cold and snow, I wasn't sure if it was working right or if I just misunderstood how these new high efficiency units work. Trevor came out to give everything a once over and explain all the various settings and how they work. He was very thorough and made certain everything was working as expected and also how I expected.Overall, I am very pleased with my new boiler and side arm. My house stays warm and I never run out of hot water.It's hard finding good boiler techs these days, especially when most heating systems in the area are forced air furnaces. I've found a great boiler company in Polar Bear, with John, Ben, and Trevor able to handle anything. Highly recommend Polar Bear.

Just had the best experience with Polar Bear Furnace and AC. We needed to replace both our AC and furnace and had numerous contractors come out to provide an estimate. Polar Bear was the only company (thank you Derek), that pointed out my very old ductwork was actually not allowing the system to work properly (creating hot and cold spots throughout the house). This was so true and I never knew why!The men came out (Noah and Derrick) and worked (alot), cleaned up afterwards and provided all the information I needed (I have a zoned system).I am grateful that we met this group and would without hesitation ALWAYS recommend them!!! Polar Bear...they really do care!!😊
